Exterior under construction. Limited parking and difficult navigating the parking lot. Free breakfast is good. No premium channels like Netflix on TV.

The exterior of the hotel was being renovated. Parking was difficult. Room had a smell not sure what it was. Then I received my invoice and there was a tax recovery amount that was exhorbitant. Not happy with my experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay here again. Friendly staff, nice and quiet room, very good free breakfast.

Room HVAC did not work. Room would not adjust to either the thermostat or the controls on the unit it self. Room was very uncomfortable, either way to hot or cold.

We had a great stay with our dog. Easy access to taking our dog for a walk. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful. If I go to Provo again I would stay there. The only thing that would’ve made it better was if they had more luggage carts. They only have 2 that were being used.
