Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and satisfactory. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-appointed, water pressure was awesome. My one criticism is that the doors are quite thin and we could clearly hear people in the hallways as if they were in the same room with us, which was frustrating when they were talking in the hallway in the very early morning.

Our room was recently remodeled - the room was great - staff was great - breakfast not as good as what it normally is but they are remodeling and the breakfast area is not done so some breakfast was better than none.

The Hotel and Staff were excellent. I made a mistake and booked for the wrong night and could not get the stupid chat bot at Hotels.Com to give me a phone number to call to get the booking corrected. Would it be so terrible to post a phone number on your website? Fortunately the hotel manager was able to get someone on the phone and get it resolved but this and other experiences will make me think twice about using Hotels.com again.
