The room was clean, shower wasn't hot at all, breakfast at 8 am had nothing left and they weren't refilling anything. No waffles, toast, eggs, only cereal and some fruit. Breakfast is from 6-10 and they should plan for that.

Everything was great but one side of the mattress felt lumpy. Could have just been me I guess as I've never had that problem at Hampton before. Excellent staff and very clean, quiet place to stay

I was placed a room next to the indoor swimming pool. By 9:45 pm, the swimmers were still shouting and made loud noise. J called the front desk, she promised to calm them down. “By the way, the pool closes at 10:00 anyway.” The noise quiet down at 10:00. The sign on the swimming pool reads pool hours “8 to 9”. I am not a happy camper. Make sure ask a room away from any public place if you have to stay there.

Requested a different room because ours had a very deep indent in middle of room. Made all the drawers in the room stay open & caused me to hit my leg on one. The beds were leaning which made sleeping very uncomfortable.
Did not receive a different room or offer any remedy. Will not stay again
