Second night there ā¦..we didnāt have hot water to take a shower. They didnāt know when it would be fix. So we had to load everything up and more to another room that night! I guess they donāt give you fresh towels every night like they use to!!

Jacob at the front desk provided excellent service and should be heavily considered for an award thanks to his professionalism and ability to provide commendable accommodations for my given circumstances. I plan to return to this property for all my trips to Ruidoso.
