My favorite memory in Homestead.
The night personnel were very helpful and gave me directions to the various locations. They also pointed out the restaurants and grocery stores. The young lady at the desk in the front desk was very friendly and respectful. Always have eye contact and a smile.
Very nice rooms and prompt service.
The room we had was a very big room I believe it was a suite. It was clean and spacious. We requested extra pillows, towels and a blanket for the sofa bed and they came right away with our request… it was a pleasure staying there.

I found Sherice to be an excellent attendant. She was very helpful in guiding me to shopping. restaurants and advising about safety. However, I found the one of the male attendants to be unhelpful.

Nice place. Bed was ok. Mattress wobbled when someone moved. We had to leave 2 days early bc of hurricane. Hope Expedia refunds us!

We arrived at the room, to a very hot room, even after a shower we were sweating. Stayed for 8 nights, on last night hotel had a false alarm go off throughout the whole hotel, at 3 am and thru the whole morning up until 7:45 am. Left the hotel restless, and very upset.
