My favorite moment was hearing the happiest voice from behind the check in counter say “Good Morning Sir”! Also loved the fresh looking decor in the downstairs lobby. Love that this hotel is one parking lot away from over 100 stores, including restaurants.
Great Customer Service
We stayed overnight passing thru and really needed adjoining rooms. The person that checked us in worked to find us those two rooms. We were tired and distracted and left the door to one of the rooms open when we left for dinner. The front desk person checked with Mom who was next door and closed our door. I appreciated the extra help and attention.

We were in Waco for Baylor graduation and spent one night. Checkin was a breeze. Room was in perfect condition, heat was good as the weather was quite chilly. Bathroom was in very good shape. Walkin shower was good with hot water galore, however the floor of the shower wasn't properly installed and the fiberglass floor would creak with every step you would take.
Bed was great, but honestly. Those small square pillows were the worst ever. No fluff to them and laying on them was reminiscent of using a brick for a pillow. No way could we get comfortable with those things.

We have stayed here multiple times. This time we brought our dogs and were next to the outside door on the first floor. That was convenient, however, there were bugs in the bathroom, the hot water was barely warm, and the housekeeping didn’t take the trash or replenish the coffee cups.
The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice.

The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The lighting wasn’t as good , but other than that everything else was excellent.
