People were friendly and everything was clean. They are going through a complete renovation but you hardly noticed.

Not worth the$140 more than we paid last night at a Holiday Inn that was just as nice as this stay. Too high priced.

This hotel is in the middle of a remodel so that should make it better. Rooms were $300 a night for two nights middle of the week. Our not yet remodeled room was not worth $300. The room had very little counter space and no suitcase stands and the front desk couldn't find any. Like most hotels the room didn't have enough hooks to hang things like used towels or jackets. Size of the room was good and the hotel is pet friendly. It is a 20 minute drive from here to Carlsbad Cavern National Park.

Room was clean and property was well maintained. Staff was pleasant and accommodating
Breakfast was very good. National Parks were a short drive.
