Clean and comfortable.
It was a great experience! The breakfast is not as good as some but still pretty good!
The hotel was nice, clean and very pleasant. Especially Ms.CC, she was a lot of help. But my credit card was charged twice and had a little trouble with trying to get one charge taken off. I think it was the booking company who messed it all up.
It was an excellent experience.
We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Breakfast service person engaged everyone and made sure people had everything they needed. Even provided scissors to snip those nasty packets of syrup and hot sauce that you can't open without great difficulty. Desk person went above and beyond for service. I forgot 6 postcards in my room and she tracked down housekeeping,they found the postcards and offered to mail them.
