Disappointed
As a Hilton honors member, we have always been able to sit and visit in the front area. We spend lots of time at ball fields and areas that are less than comfortable and look forward to being able to sit and relax somewhere others than our rooms on the bed. We were told that we could not enjoy the lounge area at all and the man at the desk was very rude and lazy. He said that the lights were on a timer and would not offer any accommodations for us to sit and visit. Ended up out in the parking lot in our folding chairs to unwind.

The staff was great, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Common areas were clean and well appointed. Our room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if the need arises.
