Cleaning
I found a lot of hair in the bath tub it looked like they hadn’t cleaned the bathroom. Bathroom was dirty.
Great Hotel near Peace Bridge
Great downtown location just ten minutes from Peace Bridge. Parking on site. Nice pool. Generous breakfast. Lovely staff. Some rooms have full kitchens!

Didn’t know about parking charges
Stayed in a room with a roll-in shower, the contractor did a poor job of sloping floors towards drains, water collects on tile floors causing slip and fall conditions, no grab bars on the wall. Old water pik shower heads should be replaced with something with better quality

I stayed here with 2 children (6&8) and we had a great stay. We walked to an evening show at Shea’s. The room was clean.
We were disappointed to find that the pool and hot tub were out of order the first night of our stay, but it was fixed the next morning.
We would definitely stay there again.

Liked that it was on turkey trot route. Liked the pool. Liked the free breakfast. Liked it was within walking distance to good restaurant and bar bc there is neither on site. Convenient to bus to go the Albright Knox.
Surrounding area a bit too quiet. A little sketchy. But not dangerous. HOTEL STAFF REALLY NICE.
