Beautiful room large room, clean and comfortable!

I booked 2 rooms back in May 2026 through Expedia.I called to confirm my rooms the day of booking and spoke to the the front desk to make sure everything was set up for us. I booked and confirmed the booking to have 2 rooms with 2 beds since we had 5 guests total. The hotel rooms were only booked for 1 night on July 24th. The front deck said that they could accomidate my request and made a note to try to make that possible the day of check in. We booked close to Tinley Park as we were seeing a concert. The day before our stay at 7am I received a call from Expedia that the Hampton Inn could no longer honor my request and asked if I would like to cancel and make another hotel reservation at another hotel. I called the hotel directly and spoke to the front desk, after being on hold for 10 minutes they found my reservation and said unfortunetely they were completely sold out. As you can imagine that was the last thing I needed to hear and see first thing in the morning since my friends where coming from all over Chicagoland and traveling over an hour to have this special night out. We were all looking forward to this night out together! I stated how I booked this months ago and that I spoke to the front desk about this reservation to make sure we had the rooms all settled. Long and short the front desk understood and said they would like to have us as their guests. I felt so much relief,

Hotel is adjacent to a fairly extensive shopping center, in case you need anything that you forgot.

Clean wonderful room and very spacious

I had this hotel booked for nearly 6 months and 4 hours before my arrival they called to let me know they cancelled my reservation because they were over booked for our entire stay. I had to scramble to find another hotel in a nearby location with vacancy.

Staff were pleasant and room was large and clean. Pool is nice and clean too
