Somewhat run down with obvious corners of ground in dirt in the public areas. Some mold in the shower stall but it was clean.

Heating/cooling system was loud, too loud could wake you up when it would come on! Front doors malfunctioned wnenwe got there took us several minutes to even get in, until someone came out I couldn’t get in, and front desk didn’t answer the phone!
