So many things went wrong. Tv broke and they said they only had one person on staff so they couldn’t fix it. Had to move all my stuff to another room. A whole day there was a puddle of water in front of the elevator that no one cleaned up. The noise was so loud I could barely sleep. Overall the worst hotel stay I’ve had in years.

This is a great location to stay in Raleigh. It can be loud at times, but it's not too bad. They provide earplugs and white noise machine to drown it out and we have never used either when staying here. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and he breakfast is very good. The swimming pool is open again and very nice!

Great hotel with very friendly staff. It sits in the heart of Raleigh's nightlife, and night time noise can be loud especially on weekend nights, though they provide you with ear plugs and a white noise machine (and the air conditioner is loud!). All other factors though (including the complimentary breakfast which is very good) it was a pretty nice stay.
