Our stay at Hampton Inn was very good. We enjoyed the service. The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. If we're traveling again to Dallas, we will definitely be staying in this hotel.

I loved this hotel very clean nice the only thing is that its too close to the highway & turning into the hotel parking lot is kinda unsafe cause you can not see who is coming out but other then that it is very nice!!

The next door neighbors were loud and I could hear there conversations and music but the ear plugs provided helped.

Even though the room faced the highway, earplugs and sound machine were provided. We didn't need either one, on the fourth floor. The morning breakfast was excellent, with western omelet, bacon, waffles, pastries, cereals, oranges, apples, etc... The only bad feature was the phone ringing twice after 11pm, and three times near 5:30am. No one was on the line. Selection was made due to close proximity to UTSW hospitals.
