Check in - Was there at 5 pm and no one was at the desk, waited for about 5 mins for a person to respond to the phone call.. Room smelled musty and awful. Will not stay there again.

Had a reservation for a room with a single king bed and when I got there they had sold it to someone else and gave me a double queen room with a door latch that broken.
