The A/C unit in our room was noisy and clattered when it turned on. The handle on the toilet was broken. There was no hair dryer in the room and it was a listed amenity. The omelets at breakfast gave me diarrhea.

Front desk staff was totally incompetent. They botched my paperwork and now I'm fighting off possible identity fraud, in addition to a miserable stay.
I was also within inches of being assaulted by a homeless man, when I was on the interior sidewalk next to the building. (I was able to get away safely.)

We Stayed here for one nite in early March heading to Texas, and had a pleasant stay. Plenty of towels, comfy room, plenty of parking. Being able to have free breakfast before we left that next morning was great! Breakfast started at 6am which was perfect!
