The customer service by each staff member at the check in counter was above and beyond. They were friendly, accommodating and personable and went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. It was nice to see pleasant, professional staff at an establishment. We Would stay here every time.

Upon arrival there was confusion regarding parking. Yes, it's a shared lot with the Marriott: Courtyard Hotel. It's $15/day for parking which is ridiculous. Perhaps a charge if more than 2 vehicles? Anyway, check in was fairly quick. Diana at guest services

Lovely staff!! Very professional friendly and accommodating. They connect with you to make sure you have everything you need! Nice touch

The pool was clean and very relaxing… plenty of towels to use
The parking is a bit tough. Only 2 HP spots so I had to get dropped at the door
The roll in shower is nice but the bath is a bit beat up. Wheelchairs will do that.. I guess
All in all we really love the staff here.. they are way above average and should be congratulated for their dedication to customer service
