The only complaint is that B our shampoo, conditioner and hand soap containers were empty.

Helena was the BEST! She remembered us from a one night stay two months earlier, greeted us every time we came in or went out, answered all our questions and recommended resturants that were great! Best personal experience I have ever had! She is a jewel! Give the gal a raise!
