The sink the water was coming out on the counter, the toilet wasn't flushing properly. The room cool for the weekend.

Hotel is outdated. Furniture in rooms were busted open. Floors and walls were dirty

The shower had someone's hair on the wall and there was small mold on the bottom of the shower

At check-in, I was given the wrong room type so I had to get that corrected with no apology from the staff. I was not greeted as a Hilton Honors member. I was thankfully granted a late check-out. My room was outdated in comparison to other Hampton Inn hotels I stay at. The surrounding area is not great. My only dinner options in the area were Cracker Barrel and Wendy's.

I’ve stated this Property many times. And it delivered the same experience I always expect.

The breakfast is pretty good, however, we encountered a lot of issues while in our stay - which is unfortunate due to the amount of years we've entrusted our stays at this same hotel. We had a stay in the hotel where in the first day we were there, the bathroom smelled like weed, and the staff forgot to remove their ozone generator from the room as well, which was running at the time we were there. Though some of the staff was helpful to us, it felt as though there is some miscommunication amongst them. With mishaps going on. The mattress in our sofa bed seemed to be a bit stained as well. And the last frustration was extending our stay, which was promised to be a smooth process by several staff, but unfortunately wasn't, and had to move rooms from one exact style to another (literally exact style, payed a little more in the end as well...) TLDR; we used to stay here once every year but won't be this following year anymore.

I had a good stay at this Hampton hotel! The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff truly stood out—they were incredibly nice, welcoming, and always ready to help. At one point, our key card deactivated, but the front desk quickly resolved the issue and had a new one activated within seconds, which I really appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was just as good as you’d expect from Hampton, and it was great to see an attendant consistently refilling the food to keep everything fresh and well-stocked. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Breakfast & room was great. Pool was closed due to damage & leak.
