Wonderful Staff
The open area where breakfast is served is wonderful! My family enjoyed watching the OSU game on Saturday. Sunday evening watching football after our dear sweet aunt's funeral. Your staff was friendly, always smiling and always helpful! Thank you from the Bakers, Bartholomew s, Magees and McKinnon s and few more. You made a miserable Sunday evening good by letting us take over the community room.

Staff is very friendly. Helpful The rooms are clean, there is no smoking so the hotel has a clean smell. Really enjoyed our stay, we ll be back for sure!

Rooms were GREAT, the staff was GREAT, breakfast was GREAT. Pool was under renovation so can not speak to that. ONLY negative thing I have to say is the TV guide - impossible to use, they offer lots of channels but good luck on actually finding something to watch via the guide - ended up endlessly scrolling channel by channel to see what was on.

Staff was fantastic. Pool and jacuzzi were both closed. Shower pressure was very poor (fourth floor). Breakfast uses the fake eggs (yech). But overall it was a nice, quiet, clean room and we enjoyed our stay.

Have stayed here before and had good experiences but this time was pretty terrible. The bathroom was dirty, there was a fake nail on the carpet, and there was this loud intermittent vibrating/humming noise ALL night and day. We asked the housekeeper to service our room on the 2nd day since no one did on our first morning but they still didn’t clean it. The breakfast was adequate but the warm food (eggs, sausage, etc) was always just a little too cold to enjoy.

The room was clean,the staff was professional and accommodating. The breakfast bar was wonderful! I would definitely stay at this hotel if I am in the area again. The hotel is in an ideal location for restaurants and shopping.
