Clean and friendly.
Room was large and clean. Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was nice to have in the morning. Very close to Busch Gardens and the transportation there is very handy (and the driver was great). Good experience over all.

I wanted to give a better review because the staff was very helpful, the shuttle back and forth to Busch Gardens was perfect, and the price was great. But there was a horrible odor in the room and i believe it was coming from the bathroom, maybe the water?? I had to keep spraying air freshener. We live in Florida so I'm very familiar with the smell of sulfur water but this odor was very different. If it weren't for the odor I would stay again, everything else.was great

I always stay here when I visit Busch Gardens. Parking and check-in is easy and convenient. The evenings were cold in Tampa during our visit, and the heat worked great in our room. Very nice shower with hot water and good pressure nozzle. The breakfast is wonderful! Served hot and fresh, with many choices, eggs, meat, potatoes, oatmeal, and waffles. Also, the complimentary shuttle to Busch Gardens was an awesome perk, since parking cost $33 a day at Busch Gardens. The hotel shuttle offered convenient and easy pickup times. I will continue to stay here again and again.

I stayed at Hampton Inn it was nice and convenient. My only thing was the toilet when I flushed it the water didn’t come up, I had to lift the top and press down on the knob to make the water run again. Each time. Overall everything was good the breakfast was nice and tasty.

The check in desk was very nice. Room was fine until…. We were there visiting Moffitt Clinic and I had laid out middle of the night medication. When I got up to give my husband his, there were 5 roaches scampering away! Breakfast the next morning was adequate. Scrambled eggs, link sausage cut into rounds. Canned gravy and bisquits. Waffle maker, toaster, good assortment of breakfast muffins. Juice and coffee. Yogurt and bananas and oranges. It was just hard to put the roaches out of my mind while eating. Will not be staying there again.
