Great Clean Hotel!
Delicious complimentary breakfast (which is a rare find in LA) with clean rooms with a bit of a view of the Hollywood sign. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. Stayed for two nights and would stay again. Central location to Hollywood Blvd and Sunset.
Highly Recommend
Everyone here, especially at the front desk, was happy and helpful. I’d recommend staying here.

Mr Biz, Garro, Manuel and Paulos we're exemplary in the valet area keeping our vehicles safe and always having them at hand and helping out with many other things including directions and suggestions. Miss Ray at the front desk, was friendly, professional and efficient. Excellent property, everyone on staff from the breakfast folks to housekeeping were exemplary. I would hire every single one of them!

While the mandatory valet parking was a suprise, they were amazing, quick and super friendly, all while being run off their feet! Front desk was super friendly and accommodating, check in and check out was a breeze. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Breakfast room was large with ample seating and extremely friendly staff. There is a little store next door which is great for snacks and a couple of fast food restaurants within walking distance.

1) To park a car overnight is $45. I actually live in Hollywood - we were only staying there because we were evacuated - I know that local rates can be high, but that's outrageous pricing. 2)My son slept on the sofabed in the room, which was possibly the worst matress ever. If you are in the hotel business, advertising suites for more than two peope, it does not seem to be unreasonable to put in a decent sofa bed. This one had the thinnest mattress possible. 3). The check in took nearly 45 minutes! Admittedly it was a busy night with lots of people evacuated and a long line, but there was only one person checking people in, and she could not find my paid for reservation, so we had to sit there for another 30 minutes while she stressed out, eventually finding it when I just stood over the desk. 4) On the plus side, the accept dogs and we were grateful for that.

I've actually stayed here before. I didn’t realize this until I got to the property. Both times were because of seeing a play at the Pantages Theater. Both times, it was a comfortable stay. The "gotchas:" 1. Parking is a mandatory $45/night for mandatory valet parking. There is NO self parking. This is NOT advertised ANYWHERE on hotels.com. 2. In our room the second visit, the shower had a small drip, drip, drip. 3. One side of the bed had NO outlets available! A major pain, because there was NO PLACE to plug in a phone (i.e., alarm clock) for my wife, and NO PLACE to plug in the CPAP machine for my wife. One benefit: If you like IHOP, there's one about five minutes away. Not the best food, but it's a known restaurant, wherever you go.
