Excellent Staff
Staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. The A/C in the room was noisy and heard a lot of noise and music coming from the laundry room. If staying there ask for the second or third floor. Very good breakfast.

The room was nice and clean.
Long Wait
We were told our room would be ready in 30 minutes and an hour later we were told it would be another 15 minutes. Then the room we got was not handicapped when it was supposed to be. We didn't wanna wait anymore so we just took what we got.

The service was terrific. The room was very nice and clean. The only issue was that the placement of the bed was such that the AC blew on us all night. I like it nice and cool when i an sleeping but the air was blowing right on us. Otherwise everything was great!

Stay was fine for one nighter. The shower curtain was too short water went everywhere and air came in making everything cold.
The water pressure was awful for this particular room.
Trash in stairwell and hotel smelled like weed.
