This is our go to place to stay when in Marathon. So much to do in the area along with all the new friends we always meet by the pool.

The only thing that was a bummer was the pool is not heated. Great amenities for families and really well kept up. I suggest a lock on the bathroom door in the room. It was a sliding door and if anyone has kids you know there is no privacy with a toddler unless you can lock the door.

Nice property. We liked having the bike path right across the road. Also the small dock are was very nice. It was too cold to swim but we did enjoy the hot tub.

We prepaid for a balcony or patio King room and we’re given neither. When we inquired we were told there wasn’t one available. The outside photos were very deceptive. The only area near the water was blocked by a rotting moldy boat. The facility was old and smelly.
