My "favorite go to” For travel and family visits
Love this place, it’s clean, maintained and has a wonderful breakfast every morning. I totally recommend this Hilton for your next stay in Chicago.
Staff was very polite and kept checking on us
It’s was a wedding party staying at the hotel at the same time as we were. The staff attended to each other person and it was done very quickly and professionally. The breakfast was hot and was replenished every time it got low. I would recommend this hotel again and again.

Great breakfast, and spacious dining area. Clean and bright hotel. The fitness center was great. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was often away from the desk. We had to wait 15 minutes when we checked in for someone to appear. We were tired and it was frustrating. Other than that, it was a great hotel and we highly recommend it. There are some nice parks with trails. behind the hotel for walking or to take young children. Very safe neighborhood with a large grocery store, restaurants, and shops within 5 minute of hotel.

For me, the bed was way to firm.
Be careful using cash at the front desk, the clerk I dealt w/ struggled migtily to make change on an even $3 purchase.....
