Very clean, quiet.

Nice area, good parking, good lighting, great staff, great room and very clean.

Everything was excellent with the exception of paying for parking at their hotel. No security guards nor policemen patrolling no handicap parking. Why are you nickel and diming for unnecessary expenses. We never had to pay parking at your hotels before. You went up on price of hotel, but nothing extra for cost.

A storm came through the area while I was there, and the power went off. The staff was going around to all the rooms checking on folks and doing everything over and above to adjust for the issue. I couldn't ask for more.

Very clean and well kept property. Not far from downtown Dallas.

It’s a very bad experience. I will never book at Hampton again. The hotel is the most expensive one among several other hotels in the area. I thought it should be good, Turns out it was a waste of money. The hotel was renovated and looked nice. However there were quite few things that totally ruined the experience. 1. The bathroom door was installed incorrectly so it was really hard to open and close. 2. The AC was really noisy. 3. The shower was bad so more than half of the water did not go up, leaving the shower head with little water. 4. Contact the front desk 3 times finally they admitted the door issue, and declined to change room. 5. Email to manager and never got response. 6. When checking out, no one was at the front desk. Called next day for a copy of invoice, never received it.

The hotel its self was very nice and clean but it was sooo loud! We could hear the freeway traffic all night long as well as numerous LOUD guests all night long. It didnt get quiet until 4am.

This hotel is amazing, so clean. Every room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Carpet not sticky. No hallway smell. Previously we stayed at the Holiday Inn almost next door to here. It was a bad experience; dirty. But now every time we come to Dallas we will certainly stay at this Hampton Inn. Thank you for keeping everything very clean.
