Hotel experience was fantastic. Every person we encountered was just the nicest. My son forgot his school computer, whoever I spoke to was so sweet and took all precautions to make sure it was really our stuff. So appreciative!

The staff went above and beyond to find my reservation and get me in a room. I had no confirmation number given - only an itinerary. One astute staff member noticed my misspelled name in fine print and found my reservation!!
