Very nice staff and great location although its very loud outside on weekends ( and its by the train and police station)

We are very disappointed with our stay. Despite requesting daily room service, it was only provided once, which did not meet our expectations at all. Additionally, safety is a major concern. The downtown area felt unsafe, with a noticeable presence of homeless individuals around the property. It often seemed like they could enter the hotel whenever staff were not paying attention. There are no proper security measures in place—anyone can access the elevators, and the parking garage is completely open, allowing unrestricted entry. We even experienced an incident that required police intervention, which made us feel even more uncomfortable and unsafe during our stay. Considering the high room rates, we expected a much higher standard of service and security. To make matters worse, there is also an additional charge for parking, which feels unreasonable given the lack of safety and overall experience.To top it off the train pass every hour and the noise is a major issue.

Great room, cleaned everyday, parking was easy

Luckily my daughter and I are heavy sleepers, but being right next to a police station and near train tracks there were sirens and horns periodically until we went to bed. I should have asked why there were earplugs in the room.

Staff was excellent and very clean stay

We were unable to stay the night due to a need for my friend to get back to Winston so we didn't have breakfast.

Toilet paper is cheap, black out shade didn’t go down all the way

Spacious room, nice fitness center, very clean, friendly staff and great proximity to downtown Greensboro

Clean room. Air conditioner was strong, never went the bar
