Needs some work.
The pool was very cloudy and the ladder in the deep end was missing a step. Our room was not vacuumed and had used hair ties on the ground.

Room not ready 1.5 hours past check in. In fact, didnt get to access room until 930pm. Room had some maintenence issues but nothing too major.
Staff were great. Breakfast was legit. Location great. Overall good experience minus check in disaster. They claim I'll be getting a free night mailed to me. I'm skeptical. Ill report back.

The staff was absolutely exceptional! They went above and beyond, from Judy and Lola at the front desk to Pam at the hot breakfast area. They took such good care of us, it felt like we were staying with friends. We will definitely be back!
