Highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, well kept pool and gym. Directly across the street from the convention center.

Hotel was clean and staff helpful.

We were immediately welcomed by valet when we pulled up. He assured us we could take our time to unload and stretch after our travel. Upon check in we met Marah and Clifford. I have hands down never met more personable and accommodating personnel. They were efficient but also not rushing us at the same time. After a long drive I wanted to sit and talk with them more than getting to my room which is not like me! The facility is clean and taken care of.. Amazingly quiet despite the huge cheer completion going on across the street. I will be back each time we come to Columbus..
