The leaky window was had water stains and fogged up between the glass. It was bad enough we could not see out! And the toilet would not flush. We had to flush it 3 or more times before it would flush. Antique toilet! Never expected that in $188 room. I would expect that in a motel 6! Never in a Hampton. We were a dedicated customer till we stay at the Clinton facility ! I expect better for the money! Need window replaced and a new toilet. Or are all the units old and leaky windows and with toilets that are not ADA?

Lindsay was incredibly helpful! We were only there for 4 hours to shower and sleep before continuing on our road trip, and she got out some cereal, milk, and cookies for us to take on the road with us. Shower was hot and bed was comfortable.

This was a beautiful hotel! So clean! The room was large and the bathroom was huge! We were just passing through so we didn’t swim but it did have beautiful indoor pool!
