I was exhausted from a long travel day, getting up at 4:00am to get to my seminar in Springfield, IL. It was pouring down rain for my trip from Springfield to Jacksonville. I asked Ryan where the ice machine was, he offered to go get ice for me. As I said, I was exhausted. I was so appreciative of his willingness to help.
