Very nice hotel. Nice people to work with.

We had our floors redone and needed a place to stay for a few days. Hampton Inn in LaGrange was a great choice. Quiet, clean, great pool, nice breakfast and close to wonderful lake.

Like most motels, their commitment to being environmentally responsible is quite poor. But it was clean and safe and staff were friendly. The only two issues with the room is that there is now way to turn a light on or off within a few steps of the door and the blackout curtain is messed up.

Cleaning was not the greatest and the hotel need to many updates, carpet is to old, it looks really dirty outside. People were friendly. I never had a bad experience and a hotel but I think that this one has been not really good experience. Staff were nice.

I would liked to have grits more than 1 day for breakfast.

It was very easy check in. Staff was really friendly, fast, helpful Room was clean, not too hot not too cold. Just perfect

I realized they gave me a master key when I entered the wrong room. I immediately went to the front desk. They were aware they gave me a key that allowed me to enter all the rooms in the hotel. They told me just use it for my room and not enter any other rooms. The next morning, I told the front desk about the master key since there were different staff at the desk. Again I was told that they were aware. That it was just like the key the cleaning staff used. They said that the maintenance person wasn’t in and that was the only way I could enter my room. They did not appear to be fully booked. Not sure why they didn’t move me to another room. The sliding barn style door for the bathroom wasn’t able to be opened from inside the bathroom when fully shut. We got stuck inside and had to be rescued. Thankfully I was not traveling alone and someone was in the room to get me out. The elevator had a delay in the door opening. One of the hotel staff was in the elevator with us and said it happens all the time. That occasionally they get stuck in it for several minutes until it decides to open. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Staff was very helpful and nice! We liked our room also.

The staff was top notch and it was East to check in and out and had a good of breakfast
