The staff were very friendly, helpful and kind.

Staff was friendly, the rooms were big and spacious. Free breakfast was wonderful everyday we went down for it.

They literally booked our room out from under us absolutely absurd! We drove 5hrs to this hotel after working all day were standing in the lobby suitcase and food in hand and RUDE Tito or whatever his name was arguing with someone on the phone using profanity and tells me OH Sorry we had a basketball team come and they took your room! I had no idea this hotel was a First come First Serve ! I literally have and tried to show this guy my confirmation and nope didn't care just said he could put us in A king bed with pull out couch so obviously we had ZERO choice since a refund was not allowed (hotel Policy) i was just going to be out $112 dollars oh then every 20mins the phone in the room would ring once and hang up had to unplug it. The shower was horrible and I'm not picky person but im telling you this place is a joke i want my money back for this ridiculous experience and horrible service

We have stayed here many times because it is close to family that live nearby. The only thing different was that the elevator was not working. We had a room on the 2nd floor so not too bad. The plumbing made a whiny noise.

It was an ok stay.

First of all, because we booked thru hotels.com and not directly, asking for 2 queen beds and we needed a pet room ( which was never asked nor indicated on your site or transmitted to the hotel), we were on the 2nd floor with an “out of service” elevator! Had we booked directly, we would have been informed??? Next, we were asked for a &75 non-refundable pet fee, which was a surprise, not indicated or requested on your site! Thought we should be entitled to a partial refund for the trips up and down stairs, especially bringing up and taking down all our belongings. Beds were very comfortable and breakfasts were tasty. Staff was friendly. Just did not appreciate the “surprises”!

I just had surgery and was very upset that the elevator was not working. I was on the third floor asked to move to another room was not able to accommodate.Front desk was extremely busy and she was the only one working. You could tell the place needed to be vacuumed. The stairs were a mess. Many updates are needed.

Very nice for the price.
