We tried to change our reservation through expedia within 24 hours after realizing we made a booking error on our end. Expedia reached out twice to the hotel and they would not allow us a room change, even though there were available rooms on the night we wanted t change to. Poor customer service means no more customers.

The room has a large bathroom that wa well stocked. The king bed was very comfortable. The television was larger than other hotels for a good viewing experience.

It was just ok. The card reader in our room stopped working and we were locked out of our room twice. We had to repeatedly asks for help from the staff.
Pretty sure that the bedding was not changed before we arrived. Sheets and pillowcases had make up and food on them. It was nearly midnight when we finally got back into our room and discovered the dirty bedding. We won't stay here again when we come to Tacoma.

The bed was comfortable if you’re one person but adding another person made it horrible. I couldn’t sleep a wink as the mattress was so soft, I could feel every wiggle from my child next to me. Left the next day with no sleep, feeling horrible and had a 5 hour drive. Remember those ads with the bowling balls bouncing on one side of the bed where the person on the other side sleeps soundly? These are not the beds from that commercial.

The keyless entry was fantastic, loved that we could come right in and settle in for the night since we were out pretty late for an event. although upon getting up and going for the morning, we noticed a bed bug crawling on the bed. after seeing this, we promptly took our things and checked out. seeing as though we only stayed for a night, it was a bit unsettling to wake up to bugs in our bed.
