I had a room with a removal shower head and they put me in a room with a bathtub with no removable shower head and acted like it was no big deal I just wanted what I booked everything else there was nice The room was clean bed was a little bit hard and the breakfast was good normal

The walls in the room were dirty, there were stains on the computer chair and entry bench. We also found cockroaches in our room. They went into the smoke detector.

everything was good but went to use the hot tub and it didnt have any water in it and what was in it was dirty not a good deal for a higher end motel

Hotel may need an update but the amazing staff made it worth it. Great person taking care of breakfast and great desk staff and manager. Coming back in two weeks for next trip.
