Overall nice clean rooms. Comfortable.

Outstanding individual at front desk check in. Very good breakfast. Beautiful room. Individual that I talked with at Hotel when making the reservation could have been more courteous. All other Hotel employees encountered were friendly and professional, even construction workers. We will return.
Stay at New Castle PA Hampton.
The hotel was sufficient for our needs. It was clean. Breakfast was suitable although powdered eggs were served for one breakfast which were not that tasty. Hotel was responsive to our needs.

This is an awesome location, will definitely return. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast options and other amenities. If you need a place to stay in or around New Castle, this is a great option.

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. It was nice to be able to have a hot breakfast. The coffee was great! The housekeeping staff was on point. We even left an item behind and they found it for us and mailed it to us, now that’s Customer service.! I highly recommended this hotel.
