Musty room, battery died on door key card reader. TV had to have input button used to reset to HDMI 1 every time TV was turned on. Bed light LED bulb flickered incessantly so turned it off. Water pressure and flow rate low. Toilet reset of pressure flush tank very slow.

Check in, the clerk was lurking in the dining area, not welcoming at all. Room, horrible. Air conditioner too noisy, not enough lighting for the room. No rack to hang clothes.Bathroom, toilet not working. The handicapped hand held shower was brown stained. Soap holder rusted, poorly patched area on ceiling. Was given a handicapped room, seems this is what hotels tend to assign when booking through a third party. Breakfast buffet gross, the oatmeal looked like mush. Do not stay here!

Location was clean although, they were having renovations. The elevator, whirlpool was out of service so is the restroom at the pool area and the pool water is very-very cold. For some reason I thought it be a heated pool.
Breakfast is not the best but okay.
What made it harder for us was no elevator. Next time I need to call to double check if my request was read when I place the reservations. I always include special request, if no elevator need room on 1st floor. Its a norm for me since hubby has feet & knee issues.
Word of advice, next time call when you make or need special requests. oh, oh ask on the inside pool to make sure its heated. No direct sunlight so it will be cold!

The hotel was undergoing renovation. If I had known that I would have stayed at another hotel. Not to know this at the time of reservations was not just. To charge full price for a less than fully ready facility was not just.
The elevator was broken. All three guests were 75 and over and no offer was made to assist us in getting to the second floor or placing us on the second floor.
The room was musty.
WiFi was of very low quality and practically unusable.

Had issues w/ tv not working, there was no cable box. Staff was gracious, she gave us another room immediately. Overall: clean room, polite staff. The elevator did not work a few times which was no fun as we are seniors and we were on the 3rd floor. The woman who helps a/ breakfast and cleans the main entry area was such a lovely lady-she’s a great asset to your hotel.
