Our experience was goo. My only problem was the billing to my ctedit card before the stay when I was told it would not be. The other concern is I know I called the number direct to the hotel but somehow got transferred to another agent that was not associated to the hotel directly as I had been in the past which would have avoided all the charges to my credit card. Staff was great though at the hotel.

Quality and price.
We were very disappointed in the price of the rooms as well as the quality of the lobby area, etc. We had previously stayed at the Hilton across the freeway and there was NO COMPARISON it cost less, had a lobby bar (lovely) and served food very disappointed will not stay there again.

I was double billed! I paid for this room through Expedia, and then the Hampton charged me as well! They could not resolve it when I checked out; they promised to talk to the manager and send me an email that they had fixed it. The only email I received from them shows my bill and the room being charged to my credit card. This is absolutely unacceptable!!

Rooms were advertised as having 2 queen beds and a sofabed and would sleep 5. Arrived there were no sofabeds in amy of the rooms. Had people sleeping on the floor.
