Very good stay near airport with good shuttle.
We were stranded at the airport and they were very helpful with a shuttle and room. We caught our rescheduled flight the next day.
Expected a little more, honestly.
This hotel was chosen as it was near the wedding venue where my daughter got married. We had at least 30 people staying in this hotel. I had always thought Hampton Inns were nice hotels, but honestly, I found the room to be average. Carpet that just looks nasty. I would rather wood floors, honestly. The breakfast was good, but the AM shift staff was not friendly and made comments about the noise during the breakfast run. Obviously, was talking loudly/screaming when walking between my family members who were talking. Unnecessary.

We arrived two hours late at the Columbus airport and waited for about 10-15 minutes for the shuttle. The bus was very dirty, all the seats were stained and gross. Our stay at the hotel was decent, the front desk host was helpful and nice.

Extremely close to the airport with a free shuttle to the terminal. Very professional staff. Breakfast was terriffic !
The room was clean. All the amenities were provided. Im tall. Shower head was above me which is rare. The bed was very comfortable.

Was a good experience from being picked from the Airport, friendly check-in, clean room and the breakfast was so good. Very friendly drivers of the shuttles. Liked the place.
