The bar tender on Sunday jan11 was amazing he made us feel like we were family. New York is quite impatient and impersonal but the crew was very helpful and very nice.
Great place to stay close to the airport.
Shuttle was fast, came within 6 mins of requesting it late at night. We booked a 6:30 a.m. shuttle and everything went smoothly. Breakfast is fantastic. Great options, lots of things to eat. Fruit salad, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, bread and I think cereal, waffles and maybe other stuff. I had plenty so didn't look at all the options. Coffee and juice.
