Paying too much for too little.
1. The good free breakfast would be better with fresh fruit 2. I want maid service twice weekly if I’m staying a whole week 3. Since hotel is so expensive, I deserve consideration noted above.
Nice Hotel, Nice Breakfast, Great Service.
Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Everything was clean and when we needed something, they immediately provided or provided advice. Breakfast was different each day which was a nice surprise. Hotel receptionist very helpful and the shuttle driver assisted beyond expectations.

Very convenient to the capital city metro. Shuttle to and from Regan international airport. Breakfast offered is standard, adequate enough. Hotel was clean and comfortable after a long day sight seeing.

We were at this hotel at for a brief layover. We arrived close to midnight and left before 6, and the front desk staff was awesome on either end. They were kind, so helpful, and patient. We’d happily stay here again!

The Hampton Inn is in an excellent location with easy access to the metro. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good with nice variety. The room itself was extremely dark with inadequate lighting to accomplish any work. The room a also had a very strong mildew smell and my allergies were triggered staying there. The carpet was very worn and my socks were dirty after walking on it. The parking at the hotel was very expensive but I was able to get off site parking nearby for 1/4 the cost. Overall, I will stay somewhere else next time.

Staff was not courteous while checking in. Also, not aware of options on visiting tourist places. they had parking charges that were not mentioned while booking.
