What a wonderful weekend. Your two staff ladies went over a beyond making our stay wonderful. Genet made sure we were all on the same floor. Suggested we use the shuttle. That was Awesome. Alana made sure the shuttle picked us up. These two ladies need to be rewarded for their wonderful Customer Service.
