Extremely Satisfying
Impressed with the room which was very clean and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable and I liked that they had an actual ‘blanket’, something that seems missing in previously occupied hotels. The pool was clean and well appointed, furniture, clean towels, etc. and very much enjoyed by my grandson. Most impressive however was the very helpful and friendly staff. Front desk attendants were great. Breakfast staff was friendly and accommodating. Obviously there were room cleaners, who we spoke to in hallway but otherwise didn’t directly encounter but we appreciated their services rendered. Other unknown staff obviously contributed to the overall welcoming feel and cleanliness we experienced.

Otherwise, a TV remote issue was never resolved with two maintenance visits. Made news difficult given the Trump incident.

ELEVATORS ARE OLD AND VERY, VERY SLOW. I COULD HAVE WALKED UP TO THE FIFTH FLOOR THREE TIMES AND BACK WAITING FOR THE ELEVATOR.
