Great Stay
The Hotel was lovely from outside to inside. Room was big, beds comfortable and there was a Frig. Breakfast the next morning was a bonus. Staff friendly.
Poor condition of room.
I have stayed at this hotel on three occasions. The first two have been spectacular, but this last time has left me quite disappointed. The beds themselves were noisy, the toilet paper holder was off the wall, toilet seat was not fitting the toilet, which seems like repairs were not done in this room. Also the bed was stained and television not working. The room number was 306. Totally not up to your usual standards. On a bright note, the staff was outstanding as always.
A Comfortable and Convenient Place to Spend the Night.
We have family in the East Greenbush area. When we come for special events (dance recitals, graduations, birthdays, etc.), we stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites. It is conveniently located and is welcoming and comfortable. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. (A plus for us this time is the fact that there are EV Charging stations available for our use, since we have just leased our first EV.).

Good basic hotel. About sixty feet below route 4 and need to walk up side of access road if don't drive to get to nearby restaurants and stores. One elevator had some problems, for opening and closing repeatedly during one week stay. Not fixed quickly.
