In 10 years of traveling everywhere, this is the best place I have stayed. Staff, breakfast and cleaning was excellent.

Was a very clean and quiet hotel. Breakfast was amazing and I enjoyed the pool and gym room while I was there.

Overall very happy with these accommodations. Work trip for a week and it was perfect! Safe and quiet hotel!

My stay was very disappointing. The first room was in unacceptable condition, with what appeared to be a red blood stain on the wall and multiple holes in the walls. The room felt dirty, poorly maintained, and far below the standards I expect from a hotel. To management’s credit, they did attempt to move me to another room after I reported the issues. Unfortunately, the replacement room was not much better and had similar cleanliness and maintenance concerns. While I appreciate the effort to address the problem, the overall condition of both rooms made for an unpleasant experience. I booked through Hotels.com, and they did provide compensation for the issues I encountered, which I appreciated. However, the compensation did not change the fact that the condition of the rooms was unacceptable and significantly impacted my stay. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property and would not choose to stay here again.

Outstanding in every way!

My stay May 26-30 was AMAZING. The front desk staff was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, & positive. They could not have been better!!! The staff in the breakfast area & the housekeeping staff were equally wonderful! Our trip to Houston was stressful due to our daughter’s surgery but your staff completely removed any anxiety/stress from our minds regarding accommodations while we were there. The breakfast was great & the A/C was COLD! THANK YOU! Your hotel will be our “home” whenever we need to come to Houston‼️

The staff was very courteous and helpful with information. The room was ready at check-in time and was very comfortable. No problems at all. Due to a personal plan change unrelated to Hampton Inns, I did not get a chance to try the complementary breakfast. The hotel was very convenient to areas along the west I-10 corridor.
