Stayed 4 nights. Room was not serviced until the 4th day and only after requesting that it be serviced 3 consecutive days. Trash cans were full. Beds not made and towels not replaced. Found Cereal on floor left over from pervious occupants
Rooms need updating and maintenance. Toilet paper holder coming loose from wall and kept turning dropping the roll. HVAC loud. TV channels could not be accessed directly. Had to go to guide and scroll through all unknown channels first. Breakfast was adequate but offerings were often unavailable 30 minutes or so before closing
Hospitality staff was friendly but appeared to be overwhelmed

I arrived around 4:30 p.m. and was told that due to employees calling off, housekeeping was a little behind (check-in time is 3 p.m.). Waited in the lobby while Jay left the front desk and went up to the 5th floor to check the status of my room. He came back 10 or so minutes later saying the room was ready. In fact, he had turned on lights to welcome me when I got upstairs. Room was great and had a microwave--something that I'd been told at booking would NOT be in my king room. I was thrilled.
