Pet Friendly Lodging Reviews

There was an issue with someone on the floor above was stopping and pounding on the floor. It was reported to the front desk. The noise persisted and my son went down to report again. Again the noise persisted approximately one hour and it diminished where I could could finally go to sleep around 3:30. When I checked out about 8:30 the desk attendant said there was no record or documentation of the incident. Needless to say I was not happy.

Good friendly service.
