The staff was great, very helpful, rooms were comfortable, one thing though, I could hear the people in the room next to me, I think to much, I could hear someone snoring all night and I could hear them talking. but other than that it was a good stay.

Five-night stay. Our room was fresh, clean, and well maintained. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. The outdoor pool area was immaculate. The elevators were always clean. And extra gratitude to the breakfast kitchen staff. A spotlessly clean breakfast buffet and dining area. The food was delicious and the variety was impressive. The nicest you could ask for. We always look for a Hampton when we travel, and the Ft. Walton Beach hotel is one of the nicest we have ever stayed at.

Room was clean, staff was very nice. Fitness room had 2 treadmills that didn’t work.
Aicha gave us a wonderful greeting and welcome.
Breakfast was good but the omelette was real heavy on green/red peppers which we didn’t like.

Bed and pillows not the most comfortable

Came for a cheer comp. Hotel is very nice, the complementary breakfast was very good. Different options each day to choose from and if they don’t have something laid out just ask. My daughter asked for a certain flavor yogurt and she went and got it for her. Everything was so good.

Got a handicap room. Brought our dog. $75 fee for him. The staff was super friendly. The property and room was very clean. Everything worked. Great stay

Every thing was good and up to standards. The breakfast was standard but the person keeping the breakfast space top notch haven’t seen that in a long time at this level.
