Front desk staff is great. Hotel is ok.Be prepared to park in the parking garage next to the hotel. Then you will need to walk to the hotel. It's not super long, but those with children or elders may want to either drop them off and have another adult wait with them while you park.Breakfast was good ,but the breakfast area was dirty. Pancake mix ,crumbs on counters. Stayed three nights and went to breakfast the first morning. I did not return after that. Just personal preference I would NOT stay here again.

We were first shown a room where the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, towels all over the floor, etc. Just very obvious. We switched rooms. The young man on shift that night (it was after midnight) was very helpful. The next day we went to a concert and came back in a wave. About 25 people stood in the lobby for nearly an hour waiting on someone to help us with a variety of things. Some people were trying to check in, some just wanted a towel, some needed a pillow, some wanted to purchase snacks. We stood there forever waiting, phones ringing, not a single person at the front desk. When someone finally appeared, they said they were out of pillows & blankets. Absolutely ridiculous.

Not the best

When booking, we clearly stated we needed a room for 3 individuals so we would be using the fold out sleeper sofa. No bedding or pillows were in the room, we asked the front desk and the provided us with blankets but no pillows. It seemed to be a common issue, as numerous visitors had the same issue asking for the same items. Went down later to get pillows, and no one as at the front desk and there was a significant line of customers needing something. I gave up and just went back to the room. I saw one employee on the elevator but never at the front desk. I would recommend another hotel.
