The bathroom was laid out well, not crowded. The beds were reasonably comfy, everything clean. Good light. It was a comfortable stay.

The facility was understaffed and over worked the staff we had contact with were very friendly and helpful, our King suite was spacious and well decorated it needed a good deep clean and the shower has mold on ceiling from the steam It needs to be cleaned and the surround needs new cocking The room was quiet and bed was comfortable. In room coffee was good and refrigerator worked good. The breakfast was hot and plentiful

My bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. There was some long black hair in my shower and on the floor by the tub. The room itself was fine. I would recommend moving the blackout shades to the outside of the window because it was on the inside so there was about 1/2 inch on each side of the window that light would come in. Staff were very friendly!

It smelled like mildew and the bathroom was dirty. Didn’t look like things were freshened up and it just was musky.

Not here to bash anyone, but unfortunately the room was not clean upon arrival. There was visible mold in the shower and on the ceiling above it, which made the space feel unsanitary. Additionally, there were clothing items left behind from a previous guest that were not ours. We paid extra for a larger room expecting a clean and comfortable stay, but this was not the case. Overall, it was disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness standards

Dryer in laundry was not working and has not been working for awhile. Took 4 hours to get 1 load of laundry done. House keeping walked in without knocking. It was very scary!
