Customer service was awesome. Rooms were clean.
Everything was great with the exception of accessible room was not totally accessible. The bed was too high for my mom who is in a wheelchair. And no shower chair in the tub. I told the front desk. They appogized and said the would tell Management of our concerns.
Very nice hotel… clean, quiet, nice service.

We had never been to this property before. We wanted to find somewhere close to DFW since our flight is very early in the morning. The lady who checked us in was beyond wonderful. She was so sweet and helped us with absolutely anything we needed. I would recommend going to this hotel highly.

Room was not ready an hour and half after check in time. clerk finally placed us in an accessible room. Bathtub was very slow to drain. Stood in inches deep water during shower.

This was our third stay and it was fabulous as usual. We choose the Hampton Inn and Suites Farmers Branch whenever we visit Dallas. If safety is a top priority then this is the hotel for you. Staff is outstanding, cleanliness is exceptional, the rooms are extremely comfortable, lots of choices for breakfast which is a welcome change from other hotels, and the Dart train is extremely close. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Thank you for making our 3rd Mother Daughter trip so memorable⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
